I got this kit from a friend. It was already finished and broken in several places.I managed to upgrade the canon with hypodermic needles. The rest is OOB.I used tamiya and gunze acrylics to paint this model. The weathering was done using mig pigments and effects + oil colors.I made it look like a Russian Btr-80A that was used to sieze and secure Crimean peninsula earlier this year. That is why it has no markings on it.Saw some pics on the net and decided I should do it like this.

Enjoy the model

Great job, especially like the paintwork / weathering.

Way back in the day, I got a chance to ride in a BTR-60. It was dark, claustrophobic, noisy and very rough ride. Just a generally miserable experience. Feel sorry for the troops that had to go into combat in one of these beasts!
