Hey andrew....I had a deformed Y-Wing cockpit hatch about a year+ ago....I went to the Fine Molds Website and did the "contact us"....described the part (deformity, part no, etc) and asked for a new one...they responed about 48 hrs later and let me know they were sending the replacement...about 10 days later I had an entire new cockpit section (hatch, tub, figure) in my mailbox...hope it helps.

Also, if you don't read japanese...do a google search on Fine Molds and then click the "translate this page" button...works pretty well...the "contact us" button is near the bottom...
