FedEx arrived today, making a great surprise at the doorstep today!

The Test Vipers include the markings for the new overall dark gray scheme, red/white clown jet, and typical two-tone gray vipers.

All the sheets, including the 1/32 Phantoms, were printed by Cartograf. As usual, they did a fantastic job, recreating the intricate artwork precisely

They even nailed the gradient used on the Oregon Red Hawk markings. The Oregon Phantoms didn't use the same style hawk as the modern-day F-15s, using instead the Hawk with the black gradient around the edges.

These are shipping as of today!

Any updates on when the 1/72 decs will come back from print and then be available for purchase?

What 1/72, Jeff? I have nothing in 1/72 at the printers currently.

I tried to order but had some issues. Will try again later.

Mike

What issues, Mike? Something not working with the site?

Jake,

Do the Test Viper sheets come in 1/32? What I mean is will they become available in 1/32 in the future?

I'd like to do them in 1/32, but it could be a while before I get to them.

Jake,

I finally got them ordered. Maybe there were too many people trying to order at the same time!!!

Mike

I hired the same folks that designed the ObamaCare site to design and host the Speed Hunter site.

:D

I thought you said that the Viper decs would also be released in 1/72. I assumed they were in this initial batch also.

My mistake.

Thanks.

Jeff

Jake- How many birds can one do with that Viper sheet? Curious as to how many sets of national insignias, stencils, etc are on it. Just trying to decide how many sheets to order.

You can do two of the overall dark gray jets, and another one in the standard two-tone paint. There are three sets of stencils total, but some jets use different fonts for some stencils, so it may even be possible to do 4 jets from the sheet, depending on which options you choose.

Oh, got'cha. Yes, they'll be done in 1/72, but I will size them for the new Tamiya kit, which I've yet to receive.

Just ordered both Phantom sheets. But you´ll have to put a free Tamiya Kit into my package.

No way!! I have plans for all of my Tamiya Phantoms!

That orange/white viper is bad @$$.

That is one airplane I've always wanted to do in 1/32.

That would look good in 1/32, wouldn't it? The problem is there is no kit for it. That jet is a bigmouth Block 30. I've built a few of them in the past few years by combining kits, but I wouldn't think many people would like to do that.

There were some Block 25s in this scheme, though.
