Devilleader501
Ok I have decided I am way to bored with regular models and wanted something different. I am not in a place in my life to be able to afford kit Gundam models so I decided to scratch build one instead. I'm sure its not going to be 100% correct but hopefully it will come close. This model is based on the 1/60th scale paper craft model found on line. The front part of the feet are built out of .050 styrene and the back portions are built with .020 styrene. Most of this will be built with .020 styrene except for critical parts needed for strength. I have only been working on this for about 3 days but here is what I have now and a pic of what it should look like when finished.
Devilleader501
I just figured out the feet are completely wrong so a retool is in order. We will see what happens from here I have down loaded a huge amount of pictures. Hopefully I can get it right next time.
Ken Cartwright
Wow, amazing work for scratch-built! I'm not into the Gundam stuff, so I wouldn't know the feet were off, but it looks good to me!
ChippyWho
There are must-follows and must-follows, but some brilliant projects are going on here right now! A high-end Gundam from scratch...? Doesn't get any better -there should be a queue to see this!
