Before posting, I did a thorough search of this squadron decals, including the Super Hornet ones! The two references that you write are somewhat hard to find. Yellowhammer's ones are interesting, I will try to buy them and if I can not, I'll change the squad and will choose another one. You also draw it directly by the use of ultra fine liners, (watervast maar ik zou het testen voordat ik er matt over heen zou spuiten, future erover loopt uit) http://www.airbrush-services-almere.nl/shopasa/contents/nl/d49_02.html#p4799 You can also just buy the decals, I would recommend ebay as Hannants charge you way too much for shipping.
