i'll clarify what i said. i ordered some long OOP PT Boat figures by Warriors which by some miracle were in stock at Ochbod. After waiting 6 months, I gave up. in the meanwhile, I lost out on bidding for those items when they came up on eBay. their communication is decent, not fast but they do respond eventually. they are honest and don't charge your card until they have the item.

the hard to find items they list as having are usually not in stock. they don't charge you, but you're just left waiting for it to come in stock. just a waste of time.

i've ordered a bunch of times from them, never had a problem. they answered my emails pretty quickly too, send them one

didn't cost me anything extra, amazon prime covered it. they do it quite often so i can't see that it costs them that much. i think in certain markets, NYC for example, it's not that much of a surcharge. i also had packages delivered on MLK day which is a national holiday in the States.

OMG, i'm having severe issues with them as well. at least once a week, i have a package that's scanned as delivered when it's not (i have a 24hour doorman who receives packages) or sometimes the package sometimes goes missing. the latest one was a rather large order from LiveResin which sucks because i've been waiting for it for a while. i've called customer service and gone all the way up to their washington DC office and nothing has changed. hold times for customer services or the post office are routinely an hour or more and then they put you back on hold for another 30 minutes. no w

i had a horrible experience with the same company. i'm in the USA and they told me the item i had ordered which was listed as in stock was coming from their warehouse in Europe. they messed around with me for a month and i bugged them until they finally refunded me my payment. they list hard to find items as in stock and take your money. i would avoid them completely. they have numerous websites based in different countries but they all start with the 1001***
