KursadA
CD48104 "The Last Hinds of NATO" will be a sheet dedicated to Polish, Czech and Bulgarian Mi-24 Hinds. The Czech options will include markings for "Kosta", the Mi-24 which was decorated to look like EV953, a RAF Coastal Command Liberator from WWII. I will probably do this in 1/35 scale as well. Coming sometime in early 2016.
EagleAviation
Interesting, and very different
Tank
Cool idea. Unless you know something we don't I would drop the 1/48 sheet and only focus on the 1/72 and 1/32 sheets. The Monogram/Revell kit is a dog in 1/48 because there no twist and rotor hits the tail. YMMV.
pollie
Actually Bulgaria isn't flying the Hind anymore but NATO-member Hungary is...

Falcon053
What version of the Hind does the Czech Republic fly? I saw this Hind in a magazine a couple of months ago and really like it. I also have seen a Hind up close and even sat in one, way cool. Gota have this sheet when it's out.

pollie
Actually Bulgaria isn't flying the Hind anymore but NATO-member Hungary is... I have to eat my own words: after a long break (and an overhaul) Bulgaria is a Hind-user again...

jgrease
Why not a Hungarian Hind? Just wondering. John
KursadA
Why not a Hungarian Hind? Just wondering. No other reason than that I thought the Hungarians retired the type. It looks like both Hungary and Bulgaria are still flying the Hind, so I will include markings for both.

KursadA
I am about to finish the design of this one - just a few elements left. The options on the sheet are: - 2 Polish Mi-24V in the overall olive green scheme - 1 Czech Mi-24V in the later camouflage scheme - 1 Czech Mi-24V in commemorative RAF Liberator (EV953) scheme - 1 Bulgarian Mi-24 (Bort No. 146) - 1 Hungarian Mi-24 w/ F-15 kill marks (no. 719)

KursadA
I will be releasing the 1/48 and 1/72 versions simultaneously next month. I am not ruling out 1/35 but it will not happen very soon.
