IJ001 Posted May 9, 2015 Share Posted May 9, 2015 Hello form a cool but sunny New Zealand. Been a very long time since I last posted here, and I was still in the UK back then. Anyways, enough chatter, my latest finish, the AMT Thunderbird as driven by Bill Elliott for McDonald's Racing in 1996: My first NASCAR build since 2012, so I used this kit primarily to re-energize the skills that had 'atrophied' in the time since I last put one of these together - so as a 're-learning tool' it worked perfectly, but it most definitely ISN'T a show model. That said I enjoyed it so much that I brought two more NASCAR kits to the bench and am enjoying building them even more !!.
