thanks avro.....good to be here. I've been bang'in my head trying to get an avatar on here.....then I saw the post on how to do it. if I gotta go through all that baloney to get one on here...I'll do without, thanx! I don't have a photobucket account and don't plan on gett'in one. I got enough stuff in my computer as it is! like i told you on the phone.....hobby craft isn't all that bad....I built that Fokker Dr1, and i think it came out rather good. 1:32 scale is large enough to incorporate the rigging for the flaps and struts.....hoping to find others.

although I have heard of that going on......it makes you wonder why Revell didn't do that with the monogram kits. some of their kits were pretty cool. I really don't think there will be a shortage of kits....manufacturers have been flooding the market for years.......there will always be an outlet for kits....internet or otherwise. two factors that will denote the availability of kits...hording and collecting. all this will do is drive up the price of kits and will open the door to "old model kits" websites that boast how rare the kit is...to justify jacking up the price.
