Tim Vickridge
Hi all I thought I'd come and say hi. I love pretty much all military aircraft and when I do build it is in 1/72 aircraft. Are there many Aussies on this forum? Edited August 2, 2015 by Tim Vickridge

Check out our website at http://www.wasmex.org Cheers Tim The only modelling comp I've ever entered, and I picked up first prize in the 1/72 OOB category.....but I think Mad Mike twisted a few arms as I'd cradled my model all the way from the east ;)/>/> Geez that was a while ago, more than 10yrs I guess. Had a great time, dinner at Mikes too and was fascinated with all the builds. The winning entry (P40): Edited August 3, 2015 by Thommo

Cap'n Wannabe
G'day Tim.. Spent a couple of years in Perth - me and my son left a few models behind in the SMCWA display cases. Living in Melbourne (again) now. No particular scale, just so long as I can throw some civvy markings on.
hawkwrench
G'day mate. At least that's what you Aussies say! Never been down under, but I know a woman from our church who went to Townsville for awhile for a YWAM project in Papua New Guinea. Anyway, welcome aboard and start building helicopters😀 Tim
Mike C
G'Day Tim. Welcome! Welcome! I live in Melbourne. Normally build 1/72 modern(ish) fighters, but haven't built for quite a few months now. Ran out of steam....
hawkwrench
No better way to build up the steam than to build a helicopter!!! Tim
worldslaziestbusker
Hello Tim I'm Melbourne based and build...erm...stuff in...scales. Perhaps if I stick at it, a pattern will appear.
