Woody_
Ok,let's start this one. Base kit is Italeri 1/48 MH-60K Blackhawk, with little help from 1/48 Minicraft UH-60L kit. Plus: - BIG ED set MH-60K - Cobra Company MH-60K Super deatil set - Cobra Company MH-60L Conversion set - WernersWings decals - Night Stalkers Part2 - Archer rivets Plan is,from all of that make descent Kilo. It will not be perfect,by no means, but I hope to achive some level of accuracy and make nice model. It will not be so easy,in 1/48 scale,so don't be too harsh :) And sorry if it goes a little too slow, but I need to finnish F-4B at the same time, and with job and other things... doupnik
Great start! I wish the interior wasn't so bare, but you are taking care of that admirably! Looking forward to following your progress! mason
HeavyArty
It looks like you re off to a great start. It should look really nice.
Woody_
Thank you all. Lot's of work with this one. Trying to fit original parts with resin and PE,adding schratch ones - nightmare. But,in the end, that's the beauty of this hobby :) Need to schratch the whole roof, because you get nothing in the kit, resin or PE. Working on that now, will post pics soon. Also, will do reriveting with Archer raised rivets, because some reshaping needed on fuselage and small gentle rivets on the kit will be gone. And so long...

Woody_
Cobra Company nose needs some changes for my Kilo version so I correct it: Originally there was angle as I show on the picture,so I needed to add resin piece and shape it correctly Originally nose went to deep to cabin,so I need to remove quite a bit of resin,to achieve correct shape. You can see on a picture how much I removed. Originally there was few sensors that I removed,so now it looks like as it should. You can also see wrong shaped(angled) part that I mention just above and corrected it. Still need to add few things on the nose, but that will be done later, don't want to risk to brake delicate parts in this stage. Edited March 7, 2015 by Woody_
