habu2
I went back a year and didn't find a thread dedicated to the Mitsubishi F-2A/B flown by the JASDF. In any F-2 build thread the question of color always comes up, so I thought a collection of F-2 shots would help. These are from a recent Code One article.
skyhawk174
Wow, wonderful stuff. Thanks for posting. Always one of my favourite JASDF aircraft since it is not a US model. Now to get busy with my Hasegawa kit but I have to make some time for that.

Exhausted
I've been considering picking up Hasegawa's model in 1/48. Those pictures aren't helping me to refrain!!!
AnthonyWan
I just bought another Hasegawa 1/48 F-2 because of you... Excellent shots. :D
JackMan
You guys, too? Due to space constraints, I've been holding back from getting Hasegawa's 1/72 F-2A with the Sakura flowers on the tail. But Habu's post is making me break that resolve.... By the way, that over-water shot is nothing short of amazing. Look at that weapons config!
chek
I've never been too bothered about getting another F-16 to join my dull grey Tamiya CJ, while another dull grey twin seater B remains unbuilt. But I'll just have to have one of those F-2As in that ocean blue scheme.

I picked up both 1/72 and 1/48 kits just for the sakura markings! Will worry about space later once I get to building them hahaha!

Yup, after Habu's post I went and got the 1/72 kit with the Sakura tail. But I saved space by getting the 1/48 decals rather than the actual kit: http://www.hlj.com/product/HSG35224/Air :D Hasegawa should do this more often. Making the decals rather than the over-priced Special Anniversary kits.
