Information Request from Telford ...

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I'm not going, but have a couple requests ...

1. If the FM Hampden is there, could someone check it out & do a little report here ?

2. More importantly, could you please see if Aviation Workshop / Model Alliance (UK) are there and find out if their Wings of Silver decal sets are available ? The website is useless ... These are apparently based on the On Target Wings of Silver book ... Apparently, catalog #'s are (note both 72nd & 48th)

-- MA-72156 / 48156 Wings of Silver Part 1

-- MA-72157 / 48157 Wings of Silver Part 2

-- MA-729033 / 489033 Wings of Silver Roundels & Fin Flashes

I've got to find a source for these ...

Thanks in advance,

John

John,

Greetings. Yes, the TAW/MA Stand will be at Telford and they will have the three new WofS Sheets (in both scales) available. They are based on the book. I have seen the 'test shot' instruction sheets. There are circa 7-8 aircraft on each of the two sheets, including Siskins, Gauntlets and Gladiators. The third sheet has the appropriate roundels.

I know what you mean about the website. It is currently under reconstruction and should offer a much better service sometime soon,

Hope this helps
