breadneck Posted February 27, 2015 Share Posted February 27, 2015 (edited) Just found out my Special Hobby german Me 264 bomber had a full sprue missing from the kit. Contacted Petr at cmkkits / MPM. The reply came swiftly (within 24 hours) Another 24 hours and i was informed they did have the missing sprue from their spare parts storage. There were never talk of any costs relating to this replacement shipment. He also encouraged me to get in touch should i discover any other missing parts. May i quote him: "The missing part case is usually dealt with on a basis of storaged parts.
