KursadA Posted November 5, 2015 Author Share Posted November 5, 2015 I started scaling down the design elements to fit the Valom kit.(I had drawn them earlier in the year when Kitty Hawk announced their RF-101C kit). I just wanted to take the opportunity to reiterate once again how nice the Valom F-101 kits are. Crisp panel lines, small sprue attachment points. Certainly at least the equivalent of later Esci and Italeri kits in terms of molding quality and design - highly recommended. Quote Link to post Share on other sites

Indeed, it's already done by Bestfong, but for the hasegawa kit in 1/72, nothing so far in 1/48, as I suppose your product will be scaled up at some time, for the KH kit? Yes - in fact, I designed most of this artwork for the 1/48 sheet I announced when KH announced their 1/48 RF-101C kit, which was "coming soon". As it turned out, we got a new 1/72 kit before the KH kit appeared. Is there any chance of your providing the red lightning flash and serial number as separate decals? I think you know what I think about big decal elements, but this one is actually not that big and sits on a relatively flat area. I will try and provide them as a separate decal, though.
