TheFlyingDutchman
And A-320. Anyone know something about that one? Is it a new tool 1:144th model? I like Revell's but improvement is always good.

mario krijan
As far I know to read cyrilic, looks like Zvezda working on Il-76 tooo :-) fantastic news!
TheFlyingDutchman
Yes indeed it says that according to Google Translate. I must say, I find the Il-76 more interesting than the -62!
Berkut
Yes, and they are reboxing A-90 and Tu-22.

Yes for me also! Trumpeter kit is also good, but engine nacelles looks little bit odd, but if Zvezda incorporate tehnology from their 787 kit, it would be great! Jennings
Translation from the Zvezda FB page: Yesterday, Chief Editor of "M-Hobby" Nikolai Polikarpov Lobnensky visited the factory and made these spy photos of the new Yak-3 in 1/48. Under terrible tortures head "Stars" Konstantin Krivenko admitted that preparing to be released in 1/144 - IL-62 and IL-76 (both proprietary), and "Eaglet" and the Tu-22 ("MS" or not confessed) will repackage from Revell :). jaydeesan
I think the question is, will we be able to actually buy these outside of Russia any time soon, with the way things are going. We're still waiting for the freaking A320 here! Grrr.
kotey
I'm think Zvezda's models will sell in all shops, where its were aviliable untill now, it is not oil or gas, Zvezda have good reseller outside of Russia, btw many Ukranian webshops - good sourse of Russian models for western modellers, there it is two big differences - politica and buisness. jaydeesan
... Zvezda have good reseller outside of Russia, btw many Ukranian webshops - good sourse of Russian models for western modellers ... Yes, we're one of those good resellers. Or at least trying to be - there has been nothing from Zvezda that came to our distributor recently (and I think the same goes for the US); the A320s were supposed to be here in August (which was already way too late), and right now nobody seems to know what's going on. I hope you can appreciate that the last thing I want is for our customers to be buying kits we should have from online stores, wherever they may be. Perhaps it's just a stupid delay somewhere, but I am annoyed that we still don't have the 320s, hence my previous comment. ... it is not oil or gas ... there it is two big differences - politica and buisness. Generally speaking (not saying that Russian model kits have been banned from Canada or anything), when politics result in trade restrictions or sanctions, that has just about everything to do with business. Not quite sure what you were trying to say. Also, a lot more than oil and gas gets involved.
VMMaster
Hello, guys! IL-62M from Zvezda is released! First review in Russian you can view here
Jennings
That is the weirdest preview I've ever seen. You have to really work at it to get the thumbnails to advance left or right, and you can't go back to where you left off.
waltmert
What a nice kit! I will be ordering a couple as soon as available in the US. January perhaps? Walter
