  1. No, Kinetic has released A/B & C/D & E/F kits with both forward fuselage sprues (and canopies) in the original series. The recent Gold release 48160 is a Block 20 F-16A/B with both forward fuselage parts. I assume Gold versions of the C/D will follow. https://www.scalemates.com/kits/kinetic-k48160-f-16a-b-block-20--1519503 Note the decals in 48160 are identical to the previous (original series) release 48055. .

  3. Especially the mix&match engine nacelle panels! 👍
  4. I have some RepliScale sheets that cover that period, primarily Hornets and Eagles.
  5. Stop down the lens, increase shutter speed, put camera on a tripod.

    Atlantis B-58

Atlantis usually strives to accurately reproduce the original kit - flaws and all - rather than make any historically accurate corrections.
  7. I agree, either 74-0160 or 76-0174. I believe these were the only airframes modified with the dorsal wave guide spine.
  8. I lived just west of the Arlington airport back then, always stopped to watch the -15 fly overhead. Shot many photos back then with mutual buddy Jay M.
  9. Just found this thread, the most obvious external clue (to me) is that the classic beetle had a flat windscreen, the super beetle had a curved windscreen.
  10. Confused, are you building this kit? or offering it up for sale?
  11. Did this Basics sheet ever get released? I don't see it on the website. Also, wasn't someone working on an NF-104A conversion with the rocket motor etc? I thought I saw it mentioned somewhere but I can't find it....
