As long as the Tamiya Acrylic paint is completely dry, you won't have any issues airbrushing on a Model Master enamels directly on top of it. Just start with a mist tack coat, and you'll be fine.

Eric,

You didn't specify if the Model Master that you were using was MM acryl or enamel. I like you use Tamiya exclusive when it comes to applying white. But the only thing that I have found that will thin the white properly for spraying is a very "hot" lacquer thinner. I did have a case where I sprayed some MM enamel over some of the thinned Tamiya white and for some reason the caused a terrible orange peel finish in the MM enamel. Fortunately I had the same color of the enamel in the MM acryl. So I stripped all the enamel and the Tamiya white off and reapplied both colors, but this time I used the MM acryl and the finish turned out perfect. I hope this helps!

Ken,

I've switched from thinning Tamiya Acrylics with their X20-A Iso alcohol based thinner, to their Yellow cap Lacquer Thinner. It's not hot like store Lacquer Thinners, as it was made specifically to thin their acrylic paints. Works perfectly with their flat and gloss whites.

Thanks gentleman! The Tamiya paint I thin with X-20, the ADC grey is MM enamel aircraft grey and thinned with its own thinner. I leave the Tamiya dry for at least 5 days so i think than it would be fully hardend.

Eric,

That's way more time then necessary for the Tamiya Acrylic to dry and fully cure. You shouldn't have any issues airbrushing MM right on top of it. Just a mist coat as a barrier that also doubles as a tack coat for good adhesion.
