Flankerman
This just in...... I've just finished it - typical Amodel, lots of cleaning up of every part, but it went together OK.... The cabin windows are a poor fit, so I filled them in and made some decals.... I also made my own curved exhaust pipes - the kit items are in two halves and look aweful. There is only one choice of decals (in this kit) - but they go on beautifully. Ken
Flankerman
More....... The kit has feathered and standard props - so I used both - I surmised that they might feather the port prop when boarding. I love Burt Rutan's designs, so this new kit from Amodel caught my eye. Apart from the windows, it was a typical Amodel build - lots of fettling of tiny moulded parts, but proper modeling. It was painted with a rattle can of Halfords White Primer - followed by a top coat of Halfords Appliance White - a great glossy pure white. There are some photos of the build sequence here Ken
