JohnS Posted August 1, 2015 Share Posted August 1, 2015 Are there any tips or tricks you have found for painting small screens & PE parts that will keep the small details on the parts visible, after painting? I've used the obvious method of air brushing very thin paint, but was wondering if anyone has used any other successful methods. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
Joel_W Posted August 6, 2015 Share Posted August 6, 2015 For all non-plastic parts, I air brush a thin coat of MIG Gray primer. Then a few light/thin color coats. For me the issue wasn't so much painting, as it was the paint chipping and flaking off. The primer just gives the paint a better bite. Joel Quote Link to post Share on other sites
