KursadA
I will be releasing my first photo-etched detail set in late Summer: the first one is a set of blade antennas commonly found on US/NATO aircraft. It is a carefully designed set covering a wide variety of actual general purpose UHF/VHF blade antennas; drawn using the manufacturer drawings as reference. I will post images fairly soon. I have been toying with designing PE parts for a while, both "flat" sets like this one as well as more intricate sets that could depict 3D shapes with folding. After a number of prototypes that I had made locally, I think I got the hang of it. I also ended up writing some software to automate parts of the process, much like the software I had developed to speed up my decal design flow. These parts will be made in China for me I will also design pre-colored cockpit sets, which will be produced by Eduard for me. If you have suggestions for any PE sets that you would like to see from Caracal Models in the future, please let me know! Edited July 13, 2016 by KursadA
Drifterdon
Great news Kursad. Would love to see these in all the popular scales to include 1/144.
tobiK
I miss a cockpit set (colored) for the 1/48 AH-1 Cobra from Monogram / Revell. Of course with seat belts.
82Whitey51
Excellent idea! Trying to find those old True Details p/e antennas is getting tough, besides that early 90s p/e is a bit dated.
ChippyWho
Yes, good news! In the Suggestions Box, howzabout a decent p/e set for the Kitty Hawk Cougars? Eduard don't seem interested, and the kit stuff is pretty lame. I imagine the same will go for the Banshee(s) when released...
jimm33
Good news, that! I wholeheartedly agree on something decent for the Cougar and upcoming Banshee. There's nothing available for the Special Hobby Grumman Guardians either. Jim
dnl42
Wow, I'm looking forward to this. I *love* your decals, I can imagine what you'd do with PE.
polar bear
Sound interesting! How about PE cable cutter in various scale?

Tomcat Trebor
How about some 1/72 ejector seat pull handles and seat belts for those who like closed cockpits. Also some grills and vents would not go amiss for the Revell and Valom Voodoos. Robert
Spruemeister
Foldable stainless etched flexible 50 cal. ammo feed chutes. For me in 1/48, others will need them in their scales. Money, if you can figure out how to do it. Rick L. Edited July 15, 2016 by Spruemeister
Hoops
I'd love to see a small set with USAF and USN style chaff/flare buckets, in 1/72 There's some PE sets that have them, but they are pretty universal and would be applicable across platforms. I find that Decals are a passable solution, but not that great. Cheers, Hoops
Dutch
I'm in for at least a couple of sets. Ditto Don's comment about 1/144 antenna, specifically for EC/RC-135 models would be Uber awesome. R/ Dutch
thegoodsgt
Ditto on the ejection handles. Similarly, some generic cockpit placards in various sizes would be helpful for the obscure models that will never see full photoetch sets from Eduard, DreamModel, and even Caracal. Whiskey
I miss a cockpit set (colored) for the 1/48 AH-1 Cobra from Monogram / Revell. Of course with seat belts. Beat me to the punch as I second that notion.

okthree
I'd like to see PE HUD sets in 1/48 for F/A-18 E/F, F-15, A-10, etc to replace kit HUD's.
