Is his wife the one posting the huge list on HS under the name of "Lisa"?

If it is Lisa, then she's doing the right thing (at least in one instance):

ps has anyone contacted Brett Green (over on Hyperscale) to inform him?

Just remember this is how a good con game starts. In the beginning they get a good rep and then they pick and choose their victims with a lot of the time low posters getting the draw. Then everybody gangs up when someone says theyve been had. Remember if it looks too good.

Could you guys do me 1 favor, specify who "Dean's" is. I know a vendor on the show circuit, "Deans Hobby Stop" who I've known for years and I'm sure we're not talking about the same person.

Someone might see this and get confused...if we're talking 2 different guys then you could be damaging a legit hobby shop and show vendors trade.

Thanks

Don

Check out the F-14Cat thread by Eric Swanberg.

Thanks. That clears things up but it should still be listed as Dean/F14Cat to avoid confusion. On the show circuit everyone just calls Deans Hobby Stop "Deans" and I hate to see a good guy get a bad rep for no reason

AMEN to that! Dean's Hobby Stop AKA Dean Sills is tied for first place amongst the

most righteous guys out there. You won't find better!

All,

Yes, Dean is a "Fugitive from Justice". I had an email from SGT Williams of the Sommerville PD in South Carolina. She said that Dean missed his schduled appointments with her and that a bench warrant for his arrest had been issued. She has found he has moved from his residence and left no forwarding address. So as soon as she can establish his new place of residence then the warrant can be served. I sent him a PayPal "bill" today and I have gave him seven days to take care of the bill. I have already spoke to an old school buddy of mine who is the district attorney for the county that I live in and he said that he could get a felony warrant issued to Dean from the State of Alabama. On a felony warrant, he can be extradited to Alabama, should he land into custody of the South Carolina authorities. SGT Willimas said that she would keep me posted. If anybody knows his current where-abouts either PM me or call SGT Williams directly. PM me and I can give you her phone number. Thanks!

Best Regards,

Ken Bailey

Guys. Please be careful. I recently sold a kit to Rachel of which it was paid for this past weekend. Thought it was a little odd that someone else had some issues with Rachel/Nemo with recent postings on Hyperscale and on ARC over the past couple of days. Something else I found odd, was that Rachel sent me paypal from another person (Ty Lancer) with no address listed on the paypal email. Rachel wanted me to send the kit to Rachel Carico at a PO Box in North Charleston, SC. I did send the kit out on Monday. North Charleston is just a few miles away from Summerville where Dean Lehr (F14cat) lives/lived according to the posts on ARC. On a hunch (since I was bored today at work), I Googled Rachel Carico and Dean Lehr…..and noticed Dean has a Facebook page and one of his friends is Rachel Carico.

Maybe its nothing......but then again...where there is smoke, there is usually a fire. I have never traded/sold kits before with Rachel until this transaction and I am not out any money.....but it seems to be that many others are.

PS: Per some of the ARC posts, I contacted the Summerville PD today and left a message. I have an email chain that I will be sharing with them that I am sure will interest them.

If I am wrong about this.....then I will certainly take the heat and apologize.

If someone sent me money from an account with a completely different name on it and wanted it shipped to an address not on the account and that address was a PO box then that adds up to a huge red flag.

Did you send the kit with the above flags or are you waiting for answers? Cause I'd wait.

Sent the kit out and then started looking more into it after the fact. Went back thru my emails the past few days and started adding it all up.

Today she posted on TRACK-LINK in Canada.Earlier this week they tried posting on BRITT MODELLAR but the post was blocked because you cannot post items for sale unless you have posted 20 or so times on the other forums.

Coincidence, or trying to find trusting buyers?

Dean has been arrested...I say again Dean has been arrested. He went in front of a judge and will be back in court in the next week. Also the feds will be getting involved and all parties are aware of his recent activities.

Happy Modeling,

Joe
