Slime Green, Slime Yellow

Recommended Posts

I wonder if an auto parts/auto body store might have a touch up size they could sell you? I know my local Ford dealership services our areas ambulances, police cars, and smaller fire department vehicles. This service includes body repairs. I bet you could probably get hooked up trying one of these avenues. But it would be the real-deal auto paint and it could be a headache to work with.

Baring that, I believe many folks who model fire equipment use Rust-Oleum Painters Touch "Key Lime Green":

Spray a white primer coat first (I use Tamiya white primer) and once cured spray on light coats of the Rust-Oleum to build up your color.

Don.

The link Adam shared looks like it'll be right. I work for an Airport Fire Service and all our vehicles are "Stryker Green". We have an Oshkosh designed Stryker so the colours should be a match. I've got a couple of build threads of our vehicles if you want to see the colour I'm using.

Cheers

Dean
