thegoodsgt
Yea, baby, yea! Ever since Trumpeter released their kits years ago I've been saying that eventually someone will step up and produce some decals for it. Really looking forward to this one! Corey
I'm excited about this sheet too! I wish someone would do some SUU-7 and SUU-13 dispensers to hang on a Vietnam era F-100. Corey in Colorado

KursadA
I will post the profiles for this sheet before the end of the week - meanwhile, here is an excellent F-100 build from Britmodeler, which was built using one of my earlier F-100 sheets: Solo's 1/48 F-100D build

KursadA
This sheet is on track to be released in late September - I will be posting profiles of a few options as I work on the instructions. "Miss Dial", a Tuy Hoa-based F-100D of 306th TFS, is one of the options on the sheet. Edited September 16, 2014 by KursadA
k5ikl
Oh no!! :o My CC just let out an unholy screech... Will ponce on that one when it gets released. Cheers, Jerry
Spruemeister
I too will support this effort. Any way we could talk you into Thunderbirds markings to fix the Red, White, and Black Trumpeter F-100F kit sheet? Honestly, they can't even make decals right..... Rick L. KursadA
Kursad hi, Will you be including Kilgus' markings? Hi Eli, I have artwork for Don Kilgus' jet, it will be on the second Vietnam F-100 sheet which will have a few marking options in the older, silver scheme. This first sheet has only camouflaged Huns. KursadA
Any Misty FAC Huns on this sheet? "The Protester's Protector" will be there.
KursadA
Two more options from this sheet: "El Viejo Cazador" was an F-100D assigned to 510th TFS at Bien Hoa; and "Protester's Protector" was a Misty F-100F assigned to Det.1 of 612th TFS at Phu Cat. KursadA
"Nashville Sound" flew with the 90th TFS from Bien Hoa.
KursadA
"Darlene's Dear" was a 355th TFS aircraft based at Tuy Hoa. Note that these are draft profiles that are based on the basic ANG template I used for my earlier ANG F-100 sheets. The practice of leaving the rear fuselage unpainted does not seem to be widespread during the Vietnam era : a camouflaged F-100 during the Vietnam War should have burnt camouflage paint in this area. I will correct this in the production profiles by the time the decals are released in a couple of weeks. Edited September 16, 2014 by KursadA

Ed Nirel
"Nashville Sound" flew with the 90th TFS from Bien Hoa. I've been waiting for an F-100 sheet with 90th markings for a LONG time. I've got a Monogram kit about 80% complete just waiting for these!
