Yes, there are already several threads regarding the Chinooks. We took over low-hour US Army Chinooks. From what I can tell so far is they have no markings at all in the images I have seen.

While Canadians are flying the Chinooks, I don't think they have been officially turned over to the CAF yet and still belong to the U.S. Army. Hence no CAF markings. For some photos, try Combat Camera.

The Chinooks and Griffons will be operational early next week. The Griffons are being re-assembled at KAF. There are some compatibility issues between US Army & CAF crew equipment to be worked out in the next few days on the Chinook.

Just found this thread.

Scooby, believe me when I tell you those CH-47s are not "low time" by any means. I crewed one of them back in the mid 90's. I"ve got a few pics, but with the internet the way it is, it's almost impossible to upload the pics before my time runs out.
