MiG-23 pylons are now on the workbench!
See pg.9 for pics.
Also coming soon, launch rails for the MiG-21 and 23 starting with single and dual Aphid rails.

MiG-21 Pylons are now available!

I will update this post as new pylons become available.

MiG-29 Pylons are available at www.Zactomodels.com!

Once again Alexander has mastered works of art...

I am also offering the APU-73 and APU-60 separately for those who wish to do alternate loadouts.

Su-27 Pylons are also available!

APU-73 and APU-470 mastered by Alexander.

For those that don't want to buy the full set I am offering the wingtip pylons separately.

For any of you that might have missed it, Alexander mastered a beautiful assortment of Russian missiles including the Aphid, Archer and variants of the Alamo missiles.
>>>Check them out here<<<

Will you start a new topic to show us the pics of the canopies?
Yes, I will be starting a new 'in-progress' thread (here in the jet modeling forum) in the coming days.
I am currently busy pouring molds and casting parts so I still haven't actually re-started the canopies.
I have cleaned off my workbench though and I'm hoping to actually finish up a model ( w00t.gif ) in between things before diving too deep into the canopies.

You're not kidding about it almost being a full Zactomodels kit!
Sorry though, no plans to go so far as to replace the vert stabs (or horizontal either).
Gotta leave some things for the model makers out there to do themselves... wink.gif

Sure! It would be the easiest way out for fellow modelers - just glue together all Su-27/Mig-29 ZactoResinParts and...this is it! Great model's accomplished! banana.gif
No, no, no... You guys should make at least a couple of details by yourself. whistle.gif biggrin.gif
Cheers and happy modeling!
Alexander.

So what do you plan on building? Is it gonna be one of the 1/32 kits your resin corrects? Or do you want to build something different to get your mind off of work? *cough*egg plane*cough*

Yes, the UB has the IRST on the center-line. On the Su-30 the 'glass' portion goes further forward and the IRST is located on the right side.
The UB has also got a complex railing system for a blind flying hood in the front seat.

Back on topic banana.gif

First MiG-29 pylons out of the mold:

Here the parts are pictured on the Revell wing.
To properly position them you will need to fill the existing mounting holes and drill new ones in the correct position. You will also need to remove an existing bump and replace it with the provided resin bump seen under the rear of the APU-73 (center pylon).
The extra bracket under the APU-470 is optional. It is only sometimes carried.

More pictures soon...

Hi bro! Aha, you eventually cast them! yahoo.gif
They look perfect! We've done a great job on that airframe to improve it's image and just a few steps left to have a completely new exact (ah well, at least 99% accurate rolleyes.gif ) resin copy of the real thing. wink.gif
Cheers!
Alexander.
