AC-47 to C-47

Can a WWII C-47 be built from the 1/48 Monogram AC-47? Does it has all the pieces needed to make just a C-47? WIll I have to make additional modifications to the kit, other than eliminating the pieces particular to the AC-47?

Tigercat Firebomber

I am planning on building a Tigercat Firebomber I already purchased the Draw Decals. I am aware of the Lone Star Models and Ventura Hobbies 1,000 gallon resin tank for the 1/48 Tigercat. I was wondering if any fellow modeler could be kind enough to post any comments on any of these two resin tanks.

Also, any general comments on building a firebomber out of the Tigercat will be appreciated.

Hobby Boss vs AM Avengers

I understand that the HB Avenger can fold the wings. The AM is supposed to have lousy instructions. Are there any other major differences in terms of fit, accuracy, quality of decals, etc.

Hobby Boss 1/48 Rafale

I was wondering about the 1/48 Hobby Boss Rafale. I have the following questions:

1. Any fit issues?
2. Is it an accurate rendition?
3. Does it includes ordnance?
4. How does it compares to the Revell kit?
