liore451
Hello everybody, Inspired by italian fighters of WWII, I've started a short run model of a Fiat G.50 bis from company "Flying Machine". In a contest of the ugliest WWII aircraft, the Fiat G.50 will certainly be on the top :), but I love this plane. It's certainly due to the fantastic camos that can be realised. The other source of inspiration is the terrific job realised by Werner Scheibling http://hsfeatures.com/features04/fiatg50ws_1.htm His work was very usefull to me to detail the cockpit. As you can see, the cockpit has been heavy weathered !! (Some of you may say : too much !!). I'm sorry but I can't bear clean models. :( Then I concentrated on the nice resin engine on which I've added details (pushrods for example). As for the cockpit, I based my work on what Werner done so well. To be continued !!! :P Edited February 12, 2006 by liore451
