Buddy

The official sceme carried from 1960 until the introduction of the camouflage around 1966 on the RF-101 A/C was overall gloss grey with the TAC badge and lightning bolt on the tail and it was called the TAC grey sceme. I saw a lot of these birds when I was at Seymour Johnson AFB, NC and Langley during this period. My question is does anyone know the FS number of this grey. I heard at one time that is was FS 16622. Can some one confirm this or give me the correct FS number if this is not correct.
