I said 3 kits cause
Either Esci F-100D and AMT F-100F comes with 335 tanks cept the one with Turkey AF and France AF decals
One Trumpeter for extra bits
Either Italeri F-100F or F-100D as I'm unsure which one to make.
I once had everything needed, but sold the F-100F with Esci tanks and also sold Trumpeter C and Italeri D,so if anything I just need one F-100 and I have a load of Fujimi A-7 and A-4 Fuel drop tanks as I'm planning to use Arma Hobby ones instead

Crap I was sure they had the 335 gallons tanks in their box as the ones of the now sold F-100C looked bigger than the Italeri rendition, guess I have to scavenge for both and also take the Italeri kit back,or follow Ed's excellent piece of work and go postal.
Probably is way too much for my F-100 Windhover idea but I don't care :P
Thanks so much ^^

Or they also got stretched?
They seems more cheap than scavenging an Esci/AMT kit from colletor's hand so I was wondering if at least drop tanks, pylons and other dibs minus the fuselage are fine
Thanks for looking

Sticking with Hasegawa till they will release A and his 329047823784902387402893012323 sub-variants and B models too

POD contained in the F-16F kit is more shorter and skinny than the Sniper pod contained in both Hase weapon set and/or F-15SG which is the one i checked as I still have to buy the weapon set.
The squared section is also more longer than the one present in the Sniper pod, regarding spine related parts I think the ones included in the F-16D 52+ will do the trick

1 A for Ace Combat 5 Swordsman
1 A late for Ace Combat Infinity
1 more A late to be defined
1 A early with Belka markings
1 B for Ace Combat 5 Blaze
1 more B to be defined
1 D for Area88 Mickey Simon with UN Squadron markings
1 D for Ace Combat Zero Schnee
1 D for Ace Combat Assault Horizon Legacy Lancer
1 D for Ace Combat 5 Zipang with Yuktobania markings
Plus some extra A/B/D options are open for the upcoming AC7 game hoping they will stick away with Idolcrap planes and offer a better variation of what-if camouflages, cause right now all they showed was just a sea of grey and plain crap
Can't see to find 6 FM F-14D at human prices to mish mash them with their upcoming A,have around 16 Hasegawa Tomcats stored away and I guess I'll be sticking with them :-\ -

The rounded one came first and was replaced by the "chisel" shaped one. These were not on D models that left the factory as pre-MSIP jets, just on D models that came out of the factory as MSIP. They were also not on A and B models; although, Ken Middleton posted a picture of an A model with the antenna on the left tail boom. I suspect that the tail boom had to be replaced, due to a tail strike, and all they had were E model replacements.
These have changed shape over the years from squarish to swept "shark fin" shapes, probably based on a new manufacturer.
MSIP C Models only, as a rule.
Right, aft one modified on MSIP C (and some D) models. ON MSIP A and B models the left, aft one was modified.
The A through D model's HUD has stayed the same; the only minor detail difference is when the "Eagle Eye" scope was mounted, and that was a small bracket added to the right side of the HUD frame.
The instrument panel on some jets has been significantly modified starting in 2015ish, with Jax Guard jets. The engine instruments and TEWS scope were removed and replaced by a large display for the PAS mod which allows carriage of the Sniper pod. LINK I don't know of any pictures available of it.

Murph
Resurrecting this for a thanks
Sometimes I completely lose track of my post/request especially when the effin ISP keeps me away from the internet :-\

Thanks Murph, just by searching around and checking pics around I have noticed these differences so feel free to correct them ^^
Two different antenna fairings mounted on the right tip at the base of vertical stab
ECS exhaust grill removed
Hook fairing removed
Dem saber drains
Blade aerials under the forward fuselage section
AEW antennas mounted in front of windshield and under the fuselage
Instruments panel
Instruments panel is also different and on updated J I/II has some sort of thing which is not present on US birds
GPS antenna ala F-15E
Formation lights
Parent mounting or whatever is called on wing pylons
Battery hole is also different?
Could be wrong but somewhere it was said that those square panels above intakes were also faired or filled over
It seems that the rear part of fairing mounted on left vertical stabilizer is also different
HUD changes like it happened for F-16s and F-14s?
Also exhausts under the fuselage are no longer there?
On A models I've probably spotted three different types of strengthening plates scattered all around them
JSDAF MSIP guess I'll take the Platz one or see if F-15J.com is still working with updated pictures

the more I read about this modifications the more I feel the need of having a proper MSIP II reference guide posted up somewhere

Thanks Inquisitor, I'm just in the need of that pod for a special Silent Eagle project so if anything laziness aside I was planning to make some extra copies for it and open them up,if anything knowing real pod's length, height and width will help but I doubt someone will ever post them

Thanks, sources of them are kinda rare, even videos do not really show those fairings and NASA website only has HR pics of later mods

I'd be in for either the kit or conversion. If you look closely, you'll see 'NWL' on the tail markings. That's the company I work for in Kalamazoo Michigan. I was there when the the program was going on. We already made the primary flight controls for the F-15 and for this program we developed the canard controls (modified F-16 flap/taileron actuators) and actuators for the directional nozzles. We were 'National Waterlift Co.' but now are the Hydraulic Systems Division of Parker Aerospace. We were really proud to be part of that program. I have considered scratch building the aircraft but would rather have the work done for me in a kit.
Do you remember if the bottom and some upper parts of the engine fairings were squared off or not?

maybe Hasegawa will come to the rescue, realize that mistake they're just doing for their 1/72 rendition and release the effin right one with 2d nozzles too, anyway some japanese builder did actually make it
http://f104.ath.cx/f-15/f-15smtd_48.htm
pretty sure that for December they will rebox it with Sorcer markings from Ace Combat Zero,as for now I ordered one just to be sure to not commit the same mistake I did for the Advanced Super Hornet as I can't find one and nobody is doing that dang pod in 1/72

Whelp is they didn't toy around with the drop tank there is no need to pull an F-111 accurate drop tank question anymore, found also this album
With some other Hi-Res pics uploaded on Wikimedia, also I'm going to ask to some spotters that were around X Deci during Spring Flag 2006 and ask if they have anything to share.
Sorry for the OT and ofc the world is still in the need of clear WRM drop tank pics as Phobucket killed everything and I only see the very same pictures from 10 years or so ago :-\

The IDF fuel tank is just a stretched version right?

Thanks Ken,guess I'm going to order one after I stop on purchasing back whatever I've sold 6 years ago ^^
Then one more as I've found another catchy scheme that goes well with Belka markings

Thanks Ken,also if you don't mind can you please put a comparison pic of the wings?

How much early were those odd rods IFF if I can't find a single picture of early Mig-29 with those things installed?
-
PB bloated their page with ADs,with UBlock Origin I can avoid everything but that dang window which opens once per day.A week ago I could not even look at my images cause some fishy script was detecting UBO and had to change some stuff to prevent that,is not that I had tons of pics there but since Imageshack did the same and we all know how well it ended I'm expecting them to drop dead verily soon
MiG-25/MiG-25PD differences?
