After not being satisfied with the answers I got earlier I went ahead and painted both my Yak cockpits a match for A-14 grey (a Bulgarian Yak-9T and the first Tiblisi produced Yak-3). Searching the web I had found some info that you posted on AKHA paints, and with a bit of searching and russian translation with Babelfish and came up with A-14.   2. Hey guys... I Have been searching in vain to find any info on russian interior colors in WW2. I tried to buy the Pilawskii book but I could not find it anywhere for under $100.00. All I have come up with is 4 colors used in various fighter aircraft: 1)Silver - wooden parts, possibly covered with other paint when used in cockpit 2)Light blue/green "Metal Use Primer" - used to cover metal parts (FS 34664) 3)Steel grey "A-14 Primer" - used for metal parts including seats and dash (FS 36187) 4)Blue grey "Wood aerolak" - Overall color(?) seems unlikely that it would be used for anything except
