Long time guest user of the forums and admirer of all the amazing work done and shown here, and I figured that I could/should probably show my latest as it has an interesting story. Yes, it's a Spitfire IXc, made by Eduard and we all know that it's a fantastic kit, and it was a lot of fun to put together. The reason I chose these markings is that this aircraft was flown by George Beurling of RCAF 403 Squadron, which was attached to the wing that my grandfather led during WWII.
