The lobby of the Base Exchange has a kiosk with a decent collection of models - mostly Academy brand. There's also a hobby store out in town that's about a 10 minute walk from the front gate and has some models - again mainly Academy - but mostly RC stuff. Unfortunately I don't recall the name but getting there mainly involved making a right at the first intersection outside the main gate and then following the sidewalk around.
