    Err....let me think...aviation?
  1. Hello all, This is my recently completed VF97 Warhawks. Well actually the decals drawed me to do this plane,I like my planes more 'colourful' :D Anyways my airbrush has been screwing up :/,so the paint job is quite rough :(. I will have to get it fix before my next project..Nothing special done on the plane,OOB,even the cockpit was decalled. Oh yea,I also recently got this 'cup warmer', that's supposed to keep drinks warm at about 50-70 degrees...it was a cheap buy for about SGD$5 . It's not that effective, but it does keep my water (for decals) warmer for about that 10-15 minutes which
  2. I was there performing as the drill squad if any of you noticed

    F-15C 1/32

Hey all! After months of delaying i've finally gotten down to finishing it..i haven't started to take photos of it,but here's just one quickie shot of it :) couldn't resist,haha... anyways i'd probably be getting a display base for it and also putting in an article for the gallery..till then happy modeling!
  4. Hi all,i've been doing this bird since early last year and havent really been doing anything to it cause im up to my neck with things plus my airbrush has been giving me a lot of problems which have finally been fixed recently...so anyways i finally got it painted and this is my 1st 1/32 build im doing so it's like huge to me haha...so here i got some pics of it painted...thought it turned out ok,not fantastic at all,but good enough for me Happy modeling B)
  5. Hi all, been a long time since i posted....anyways was playing with my digital camera today and thought i'd take a couple of photos of 2 birds sitting on a display shelf on my room...the one on the right is my very first model heh and the f-16 was a quickie done in between my tight schedules...enjoy yea,btw the 2 cds in the photo was coincidently taken together,haha...so anyone play them?haha...working on a 1/32 F-15C tamiya right now,but things are going reeeeaaall slow cause of my lifestyle right now haha...anyways happy modelling yea guys :P
  6. Yep,i did clear that, thanks guys for all your help. Happy modeling
  7. Oh man, great, thanks a lot guys, very good help indeed! Happy modeling
  8. okk...i have a big problem,i disassembled my airbrush(badger 175) to clean it up properly,...,having assemling it back,it does not spray out paints anymore. I sprayed it with thinner first to clean it up,it sprays out thinner, however, when i switch to paints, nothing happens...air still comes out from the brush, but it does not seem to suck out the paint.Im pretty sure i assembled it back properly and the mechanism seems to work properly, the needle pulls back when i pull back on the trigger....any suggestions anyone? It shouldn't be the compressor cause i've been using it fine for quite a well.

Spot on haha Ok thanks a lot Happy modeling :)
  10. Hi guys,i just bought myself metal primer,so question is,do i just spray em on? lol And oh,is there anything i have to take note of?(drying time, side effect etc..) It's tamiya btw, thanks guys Happy modeling
  11. So i can use the hardware lacquer thinner for thinning paints and to clean my airbrush as well? If so, why's there such a price difference with a bottle of general thinner, and those like humbrol,mr color etc... Thanks!
  12. Hi guys, was wondering if the different brands of thinner really makes a difference. When mixing paints and such, would using different brands of thinner actually make a difference?or would some thinners not go well with some brands of paint?I've been using Humbrol thinners, was wondering if others such as mr color or such would make a difference. Thanks! Happy modeling
  13. Tamiya masking tape, as always. Happy modeling
