Korenwolf
Hi all; Thought I would share this film with you all, there are some great references, especially of Lancasters on the ground being prepared for a mission. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ujLVIlESNGE#t=40 Happy New Year! viscount806x
A well known film in the UK, remarkable for being in colour, a rare commodity in wartime Britain. Pops up on TV occasionally as well. A superb sequence shows a squadron of Lancs taxying for take off and another shot through the bomb aimers window during take off, demonstrates graphically a less than sparkling initial rate of climb with a full load. I think it might be called 'Night Bomber', not wishing to be over pedantic though, sorry. Edited January 3, 2014 by viscount806x
