Best option in 1/72 is to just get a better F-16 kit and the Rush Model Kits set with the ECIPS+ pylons and Ukraine decals.
I’ve got the 1/48 set for my Kinetic MLU kit and can say the 3D printed pylons look very nice.
Thank you, I'm considering this. Years with no ECIPS+ in 1/72 and now we have multiple choices!

Thank all for following up on this. The old Hasegawa molds have tempered my enthusiasm for this one.

Necro-thread revival:
Estes is releasing a 1:5.6 scale flying model of the Jayhawk
I think that is a re-release. I remember building one in my model rocket days in the '80s. Good times!

Apparently my prayers to the gods of the one true scale are being answered!😃

Thanks, everyone. I'll plan on this being Revell (a good kit) until we hear different.

I see from ICM's 2025 catalog they are putting out a 1/72 F-16AM in Ukrainian markings with a PAG-14 airfield pavement to go with it. Does anyone know which base F-16 kit is provided, or has ICM made an entirely new mold?

Give GWH's sometimes-habit of releasing the same subjects in both 1/48 and 1/72, any word or rumor on if we might see these subjects in the "one true scale" (1/72)?

If you've got Facebook, check out Geoff Martin's (Furball Aero Design) build. He used the Tamiya-recommended "recipe" and it looks awesome.

Did he post this on his personal feed? I can't seem to find it on the Furball feed, which I follow.

How about a sequel to sold out sheet 48037 with "F-16 : Vipers - The Next Generation Part 2" featuring Romania, Slovakia and Ukraine?
I'd buy one!

There will only ever be one BOB, and it's not an F-16! 😁
Thanks, I did not know of the other BOB!

Perhaps a future F-16 sheet could feature F-16C 90-0808, marked as "BOB" in honor of the last three of the serial:

Nice! Only have two AMRAAMS though. That's not an issue; they can be carried on one side of the plane with something else on the opposite side (or empty pylon).

WOW, that is fantastic!

Do you not ship to Pennsylvania? I got a "could not ship to this address" as well.Problem solved - thank you!

Why does it look like it is carrying 1/144 GBU-8s?🤣

I know I'm very late to this party, but that's a cool story, and a neat model to go with it!

Wow...that's really outstanding! Not only capturing the look of the Tomcat but that very bird on that very day.

Great work both of them, the training one is really excellent!

WOW - this is a VERY impressive result for an old Matchbox mold. I appreciate all the extra work you put in to make it authentic.

I really like the intake cover with the Jolly Green Giant footprint and rescue motto. Thank you for sharing these.

SUU-25 in 1:48 scale: I did find one quickly from Eduard:

As these are based on Zuni 5" rocket launchers it might not be too hard to scratch one.
