Masking and foil????? Don't EVER put tape over foil......you must apply paint first then exercise 1 of 2 options (1) mask the painted area you want to remain then apply the foil before trimming to the line left by the mask or (2) and the method I prefer - scribe your paint line using dymo tape or some such then paint, apply foil and trim to the scribe line....thanks chaps
