  1. I have just finiched my F/A-18C VMFA-122 Marine Hornet. Although my Blog page is only written in Japanese, please come to see my pics at http://navy.ap.teacup.com/fa14straycat4/ I used: * Aires wheel bay details * Aires Burner nozzles(closed position) * MAW Decals * Seamless Suckers intake This is my first Marine Hornet(3rd Hornet in total) and I consider to build another Hornet in VFA-192(2007) paint scheme. Have fun!!!
  2. Dear fella modelers, Thanks for your comments, which encourages me much. In the meantime, as for the wooden stand on which my VMFA-122 is laid, I purchased several years ago(maybe 5 years ago but I am not sure) from US or Canadian Internet shop. But I forgot its name. Sorry... I updated my Hornet status in my Blog page per http://navy.ap.teacup.com/fa14straycat4/. Please come to visit my site. Happy modeling!!!
  3. Thanks, Guys, for warm comments, which encourage me much. And I really appreciate MAW Decals for providing such an exciting marking as VMFA-122(I saw the actual aircraft here at Iwanuni Air Base). MAW Decals are great fun!!! In the meantime, I have removed all masking tape today. Please come to visit my Blog pate at http://navy.ap.teacup.com/fa14straycat4/ to check updated status on my Nickle 01. Have fun and Happy modeling!!!
  4. My F/A-18C in VFMA-122(2004) paint scheme has been approaching completion. I have painted vertical stabilizer by airbrush. Please enjoy and happy modeling!!! Althoug my blog page is written in Japanese only, please come to visit: http://navy.ap.teacup.com/fa14straycat4/

  7. I decided to put aviators in the Black Box cockpit. I hand painted "Red Lightnings" on the aviators helmets, although it seems to be Chiken's crown... Now I will start overall paintingm which I am looking forward to.
  8. Great built Phantom...WOW... and mine will surely be VF-161 Chargers!!!
  9. Hi, Phil Thanks !! I am also looking forward to seeing your in progress pics of our S Phantom. Please upload!!!
  10. Hi, Jimz66 Thanks for comment. What VF are you buidling for your "S"? I am looking forward to seeing your pics in progress. Mine will be VF-161 paint scheme. I have used Black Box resin cockpit set(old one). Frankly speaking, I do not like so much phote etched parts. Black Box is straight to me. Ciao!!
  11. Hi, Gregg, Thanks for your comment. I am proceeding Hase Phantom S. Yesterday, I have jointed fuselarge halves. Things are going.
