kalla
Hi Can anyone shed some light on the color of the intakes interior of the white/dark sea gray Hawker Hunter GA.11? Thank you. A link to a photo of this area is very much appreciated. Kalla
Col.
Every Hunter I can think of had white intakes, including the GA-11s, but I'll try to post some scans later if that helps?
kalla
Thanks Col. A pic or two will certainly help. Kalla
Col.
Kalla, I haven't had a chance to dig out the references I need but hope these links are enough to be going on with. Kalla Iused to work at RAF Kemble as an aircraft sprayer in the early 60's and the few naval versions we had through had the intakes sprayed white.

Dark Sea grey was only used on those GA11's / T8's painted in the overall grey scheme, circa 1984 onwards. Andrew

In essence, they remained much as they had done when F 4s. Andrew
