I still have the rubber mold,but each time I try to pour the resin, it won't go all the way through the mold. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
dsmith Posted November 1, 2011 Share Posted November 1, 2011 I think we could probably help a little better if you could show a picture of your part, and how you made the mold. However, based on what you wrote, it sounds like you are getting air trapped in the mold. The best solution for this is to use a pressure pot, or redo the mold so there is an air outlet. If you don't have that, having a smaller mold that would allow you to "squeeze" the air out may work. Cheers, -Doug :) Quote Link to post Share on other sites
