Pappy, That is one beautiful build! I love the M60 in the door. My dad was a door gunner in Vietnam so I have a soft spot for them. That base is quite nice as well. Simple but effective. what's up next? Any more helos (the 1/48 47 perhaps)? Ray G'day Ray, thanks very much. I bet your dad had some interesting stories. I actually have the bigger 1/48 '47 under way.I would like to incorporate the lessons learnt into that build, plus it has the cope to add more detail as well. Eduard used to make a PE set, but sadly this is no longer available, I would sure love to use it on my 1/48 build, but I am on my own with that one. I have a few other chopper builds on the go, plus I have been meaning to get back and finish my 1/48 academy AH-64 that I started aaaages ago. I have also been playing around with this.
