Viasistina
Gents can anyone confirm the wing fence of the Connecticutt F-102's? We're talking the birds with that great eagle on the tail. A second question is the presentation of the eagle. One idea suggests that the black trim for the eagle was simply painted over the ADC grey. Another suggests that the background for the eagle was yet another grey perhaps dark gull grey as I might see a tonal difference. Any comments? nfiler
the only photo I have strongly suggests Red. The image is not good enough to make it diffinitive. However, it was not unusual to see different colors within the same squadron. The fence color often reflected the flight within the squadron.
