Dafixer Posted November 7, 2023 Share Posted November 7, 2023 I've got a broken canopy on my PZL-23 and I have been unsuccessful getting anyone's attention at Mirage Hobby. I offered to buy a replacement. I tried their "complaint" form which looks tailor made for spare parts requests: http://www.mirage-hobby.com.pl/MirageHobbyComplaint And I've gone strait to their facebook and direct messaged them. Dafixer Posted December 1, 2023 Author Share Posted December 1, 2023 As an FYI if anyone has an issue in the future...I received a whole new clear sprue from Mirage, direct from Poland to my USA address, free of charge yesterday. Mirage gave me hurt@mirage-hobby.pl to as a good contact email for spare parts via their Facebook page. There was no communication from them to say they received my email, I just said I'd like to purchase a new windscreen and 3 weeks later there it was as a signature required box.
