Paul T
just thought I would share another method for filling larger seams, gaps, holes and pretty much any patch job you may need. It`s called Fixit epoxy.I use it for high power rocketry and just used it on my F-102 to fill a nasty gap in the weapons bay. It`s a 2 part (A+ smooth putty like material that you mix ,or rather knead equal parts of with your fingers. When ready(couple of minutes) your ready to go.This stuff has many exellent advantages.First of all it`s gray, it has a working time of 3 hours ,cures rock hard, but sands nicely. You can smooth it out with rubbing alcohol on a finger tip or Q-tip.It bonds to styrene very well and is structurally strong.Best of all ,no toxic smell ,not dangerous to handle , can be rolled and formed by hand, not at all messy. It`s made by ;AVES , great stuff. Paul T

madmike
Paul That sounds a bit like milliput (I used to use the white version of milliput but it got a bit old and needed to be thrown out) MikeJ
