Hey guys. I'm building the 1/48 Revel Learjet. Overall the kit is awesome, except for one thing. The fan and spinner are simply JACKED. There is no detail and even if you did expand on the provided detail, it would be wrong. Do any of you know if there are amk's with photo-etcheched fan blades that might work? thanks.

does anyone make a set of uncovered ge f-110 nozzles for the f-14b/d? the ones that hasegawa has in it's kits are really lacking. thanks.

there is a sever lack of decals of the old-school vf-211 scheme like the one above. does anyone even make them anymore?

actually, brian you are correct. i had forgotten about the handle. like you said it is just to the right of the quadtrant. however, if i remember correctly, it is for emergency use only. if for some reason the switch on the throttle didn't work, you could lift the cover, pull the handle up, and hopefully get the wings into the position you wanted.

hey guys, i'm a newbie on the board. having a little experience with the f-14 i just wanted to throw in my 2 cents. on the throttle itself, the rearward most switch is used to control wing sweep. there is no lever, simply a switch. it has 5 positions: up for "auto", a center "manual neutral" position, forward "manual forward", aft "manual aft", and down "bomb". the "bomb" postion put the wings into 55 degrees of sweep for a more stable platform to drop unguided munitions. as a side note, it was also used right after you trapped on the boat to get the wings to start sweeping aft without you hav
