The wife surprised me with the Hobbycraft 1/144 GRB-36 "FICON" For $46 CND!!!!!! -
Actually, that would be admissible as the X wing could fly through the atmosphere a la "Empire strikes Back and the Degobah scene or the Cloud city scenes . But now I guess I'm showing TO much geekiness!

Hi Chris, The A-1 is a Japanese Gashpon kit done by Cafe Reo under the J-Wings logo. The A-7 is the same by F-Toy's. SWEET little kits! What I could use is Side views of the said Squadrons and I'll do the decals myself by Down scaling the side view.

Thanks for the reply's all. If I can get some help to start off, maybe I can pump out some of this. Anyone suggest some good books with scale plans and good info on D and later versions? I know a bit about the D, more about the G and a little about the H, but anything after 1999 I ignorant off, as I'm more of a Vietnam to 1989 kinda guy. All info and suggestions will be of GREAT help. Thanks, Dave

Hey all, Now, I've read the whole incident that had and has happened with GDP/SBM ,BUFF Master or whatever he's calling himself now. I did check out the review of the 1/144 B-52D conversion set at Model Madness and must say not impressed with it. So I have to ask, is there any interest in a 1/144 B-52 conversion set? I have a G and 2 H's and would like to do a D, so if there is an interest maybe I'll try my hand at scratch building and casting MY OWN work. Also, I would be open to suggestions of 1/144 scale ideas. I mean it can't hurt, if I get into trouble I just change the na

Hey all, I'm starting on a Scratch build of a 1/100 CH-47 and just wanted to know if anyone could help me out with the fuselage length. I got my plans copied today and checking some sources they claim the CH-47 Fuselage is 30.01 M long. According to my calculations, my plans cam out as 1/176 scale, so I had to increase the plans by 56%. To me though, it look more like 1/72 now. any help would be great!
