The tiles I made with a a help of my friend Reducino, with aluminum foil for cooking and some needles. I just glued the needles side by side and then press the foil to ge the "corrugated" format. The result looks good. On the outside I paint on rust, and Inside with withe aluminum. -

Hi Guys, After to find this pic, I´m planning to buil these scene. So I have an Eduard Stuka on 1/144 of course , and will use it on these another litte project. That is a Ju 87D-3 from NSGr 9. In the book JV44 The Galland Circus, the pic is from Innsbruck-Hotting May 1-5 1945... In another pic in the book, there's a Me 262 sittting just a few feet away, maybe I put this 262 on the diorama too...

Thanks, The kit is too much poor on details, the engine and the interior cockpit, are all made by scratch, with te seats and engine made by coping some other models from sweet. If you build it rifgt out of the box, the detais are not too much good. (take a look at the sprues on first pic) cheers,

thanks Klay ! :D

Hello Guys, This weekend, july 18-19 2009, the Brazilian Aerobatic Team - Smoke Squadron, will be on USA !! at Dayton Airshow... Officially known as the Força Aérea Brasileira Esquadrilha da Fumaça, the Brazilian Air Force Smoke Squadron consists of seven festively painted Embraer T-27 Tucano jet- prop aircraft. The squadron is known for its fast-paced, close-up aerobatics, and, as its name suggests, spectacular smoke displays. The team will be accompanied by a Brazilian Air Force Lockheed C-130 Hercules support aircraft. While it is very rare for the Brazilian Smoke Squadron to ap

Rafales! JASDF B/USN VFA-31 M - UPDATE #1 (07/18)
Lucas replied to ChernayaAkula's topic in In-Progress Pics
I just use the kit canopy as a master, I use some modelling clay inside the kit canopy to it no not broken when pulling the plasticard. Using the old canopy is right, the new one will be a bit more large (the size of the plasticard that you use, in my case 0,1mm). To attach the canopy I use the Testors Glue special to clear parts, but you can use white glue too. hope it helps you, best regards ! :D -
Thanks :D To paint the canopy was quite simple: The frames are so tinny, so its almost impossible to mask and paint then (maybe a Tibetan Monk could make this :D ) So I decided to make some decals to the frame Started with a plain decal sheet, Aplied a coat of clear varnish, and after the interior green, to make the interior color frames After that dries (about 24h) I aplied the navy blue , the exterior color of the frames With a help of a Gillette blades (that cut much better than a bistouri blade) I make some small strips, with MicroSol, by Microescale I aplied it to the canop

(you can see it here: 1/144 Avenger Minicraft Scratchbuild) Just make an piece of the canoy using a heatgun an some plasticard mold the parts Hope this helps with some ideas abou the canopy Best regards ! -

Hy guys, This is my just finished job, The kit is few simple, with some simple steps it is ready to stand, but I like a lot the Avenger with the wings folded, so I must to make some scratch an build the "little bird" like this, I use a PE saw to cut away the wings and elevator, on interior I make some resin copies to some cockpit interior. Just some interior details

Anytime Mate Best regards,

Each Palm Tree have around 3,5" and 4" tall, and the leafs about 1". thanks to see
-
The leafs I did with Vellon paper, here in Brazil we call it Papel Vegetal, it was used to thechnical drawings. The tips of the trunks I did with epoxy mass and the coconuts too
-
Thanks Guys ! Is good to know that my work is good  Jack-Swiss, I made the Palm tree by these way: I use Piano wire 1/16" and Tamiya masking tape to make the the trunk. So with Tamiya XF-52 and a weathering the result was this:
-
Nice work mate !

Thanks John <_< To the base I use a small piece of wood, about 5"x 5", and I scribe them the tarmac squares (each square aprox. 1") To the grass I use railroad grass. For painting, Tamiya Neutral Grey and Flat Earth, I paint each square with different tons of the colors, after I aplly some wash and make some dirty with pastels. I don´t make pics about the process, but on my next projet I promisse to you to share how to :D Thanks to all,
