  1. Here's the pic I promised you. http://i213.photobucket.com/albums/cc257/J...pg?t=1195412610 Sorry it took so long. My scanner quit working and I had to get it fixed. It's scanned at 300 resolution so it may look funky on the photobucket page, but it opens just fine once saved to your computer. Take care, Jay
  2. "The Blue Nosed Bastards of Bodney" published by the 352nd Fighter Group Association in 1990 has a picture of 42-8617's left side on page 223. Unfortunately, the photo focuses on the war bond marking so the extreme front of the plane (in other words, most of the cowling) is cut off in the photo. The "y" in "Boy" is all that's visible. However, it and the war bonds marking look accurate when compared to the decal sheet. I'll see if I can scan it tomorrow to send to you. You may also try contacting Bob Powell himself. He's very active in the 352nd Fighter Group Association For more infor

  4. Thanks Gene, Julien, I was hoping for more ANG markings, too. I especially wanted Georgia ANG markings. Oh well, guess I gotta see what I can do about making them. And once I do, some aftermarket manufacturer will produce them for the rest of you. Isn't that the way it's supposed to work? Thanks for the info ya'll, Jay
  5. Thanks Julien, Andre, Guess I'll have to find out the old fashioned way and buy it!!! Or at least wait a little longer? Nah! Think I'll buy it. Take care, Jay
  6. Hannants is showing it as released. Does anyone know what the ANG markings are? TIA, Jay
