Pulled a Tamiya 1/48 P-51D off the Shelf of Doom and found that the landing gear door actuator, Part B-4, had decided to take a walk. Anyone possibly have one in the spares box somewhere? Thanks for looking.

With my scratch building skills (or severe lack thereof) makes that not a good option.

It's the scoop behind the cockpit on the spine. (Early E, w/no hump)

Somehow my entry from yesterday ended up archived, so I will try again. I am in desperate need of part A-2 for a Trumpeter 1/32nd scale A-4E, kit number 02266. It is somewhere down inside the fuselage hiding and cannot be shaken loose regardless of how I test the strength of my glue seams. Taking it apart is not an option. Anyone have an extra one? Thanks.

Help! I'm in desperate need for part A-2 for kit #02266, Trumpeter 1/32 A-4E. It dropped down inside the fuselage, never to be seen or heard of again. It's trapped somewhere inside. Can you help?

I flew the first Q's through the Mod-S to the Prod S ECAS and they all had standard blades. The KAMAN blades were just starting to be fielded in 1980 at Ft. Campbell. I sure would have liked those blades on Q models!

ch4vetrep replied to Supertaquito's topic in Buy and sell - add scale to your title
It can be ordered direct from Windsock Wings for $16.00 per roll. I ordered one roll a year ago and got in in a few days. Go to http://wingnutwings.com/ww/decalsandaccessories and you will see it there. -

- BUY - UpNorth F-100D RE-Scribing Set...
ch4vetrep replied to Mitch...'s topic in Buy and sell - add scale to your title
Let me know if you find anyone who has it. I have tried at least four times in the last year to order it direct from UpNorth, but to no avail. Chad -
HobbyTown USA in Alabaster is a great shop, and not the typical HobbyTown. Great selection of armor, good selection of aircraft, fair selection of cars. R/C, metal detectors, doll houses, etc. are there, too. They have a good selection of magazines, paints, resein casting supplies and a lot of varied after market stuff. Steve Sanders is a modeler, knows the hobby and will exhaust al efforts to find something for you. Colonial Prominade II 100 S. Rich, I'm about 20 minutes northeast of Birmingham, so it's about 2 1/2 or 3 hours from here. The last time I was at Rucker was for Flight Safety's C-12 course in 1986. Chad

Rich, He just re-released his AH-1 set, which was great. Since I flew UH-1's in Vietnam, I was really interested in his Huey decals, especially since the 229th AHB emblem was on his sheet. Too bad there's so much that has to be done to the Panda/Dragon Huey to make an accurate Vietnam Huey. Chad Pinson, AL

The Fireball Medevac resin, including "toilet bowl" is out. The decal sheet that is out is for N models at NAS Fallon. Go to http://webpages.charter.net/osborn82/ for all of his listings. He just came out with all of his UH-1 decals in 1/35th with Dragon's rerelease of the Panda Huey.

ch4vetrep replied to USAFsparkchaser's topic in Jet Modeling
I have some fuselage halves somewhere. I know I'll never use them. I'll check on the other parts. Tell me where to send them.
