Alvis 3.1
Meh. The rivet detail on the wings was way off, so I threw the model out! Alvis 3.
The Rat
Meh. The rivet detail on the wings was way off, so I threw the model out! Alvis 3.1 I HATE it when those idiot mold-makers screw up rivets! I was working on a Trumpeter 1/144th Su-37 the other night and found that they had a non-standard rivet head on the inside of the nose-wheel cover, and there were plainly 17 when there should have only been 16! I melted it down and made a model of a coprolite instead.
Radish
Alvis, don't worry about the rivet detail. There is some dispute about it all.....the machine makers at Dusseldorf were on a tea break and miss counted the numbers on the plans, so you might have been right after all. Go get it from the trash can and call the stains "weathering". Happens on my pants all the time
